HUD 3.10 Awards To Be Released In Early March

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released to the International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST) its intention to issue Awards upon its highly anticipated Marketing and Management (M&M), Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.10 Contract. Here is the official statement to IAFST,

On the FSM 3.10 front, it is looking like we will be ready to make award in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned!

Some of the historic changes in the M&M FSM include the removal of the requirement for electrical backfeeding and the requirements that firms include subcontract agreements with Labor.

Inspector: Any individual providing inspections.

Local Member: A Member covering one state, or less.

Regional Member: A Member covering two to seven states.

National Member: A Member covering eight states, or more.

Associate Member: A Member providing materials, SaaS, or other product.

Processor: A third party providing processing services.

Realtor: A licensed Realtor in the US.
