The Dodge Memorial Fund

In honor of Michael Dodge II, the latest victim of horrific violence in our Industry, the International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST) is proud to announce the establishment of the Dodge Memorial Fund, a dedicated initiative to support aspiring and current Field Service Technicians and Inspectors by covering IAFST membership dues and providing access to transformative training and education through IAFST University classes. This fund embodies Michael’s legacy of selflessness and dedication, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent technicians or inspectors from gaining the skills, certifications, and safety resources needed to thrive in this demanding profession. By investing in the next generation of technicians—particularly those from underserved communities or facing economic hardship—the fund will empower workers to navigate the challenges of mortgage field services with confidence and security, reflecting the heart and resilience Michael brought to every assignment.

We invite our community, industry partners, and allies to contribute to the Dodge Memorial Fund, carrying forward Michael’s spirit who touched lives with his kindness and commitment. Donations, combined with IAFST’s allocated resources, will directly fund scholarships for membership dues and specialized courses in safety protocols, technical skills, and professional development, equipping recipients to avoid the risks Michael faced and build sustainable careers. Every contribution, no matter the size, honors Michael’s memory by fostering a safer, more professional industry. We invite you to donate securely below and join us in ensuring that Michael’s legacy lives on through a stronger, more supported field service community. Together, we can turn tragedy into opportunity, protecting the workers who preserve our nation’s properties.
