IAFST Member seeking experienced mortgage field inspection reps in Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Must be currently working in the industry and looking for additional volume.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections upon pre and post foreclosed assets, contractor draws, FEMA based inspections, and other ancillary inspections.

Skills

US or naturalized citizen or legal to work in the US. Smartphone. Proficiency with English. Familiarity with identifying components of a house or apartment.

Experience

Previous inspection experience preferred.
